Sales Business Development Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Basic Salary: £25,000 (OTE £45,000-£50,000)
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:45am-6:30pm, Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9:30am-5pm
Time Off: 3 days off every 4 weeks (2 can be Saturdays)

The Opportunity

As a Sales Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business across multiple channels. You'll turn warm enquiries into loyal clients and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert new business leads through multiple sales channels.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
  • Present the company's services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and proactively seek new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance and revenue targets.
  • Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven background in sales or business development (property experience ideal but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • A positive attitude and hunger for success.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
