About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, on-the-go position for someone who can hit the ground running, fill the pipeline, and turn viewings into exchanges. You'll be pounding the pavement, knocking on doors, and building relationships in the local area.

What You'll Do:
- Proactively generate new business—own your patch, knock on doors, drop leaflets, and connect with people
- Convert leads from property portals, social media, and walk-ins into opportunities
- Conduct confident market appraisals and secure instructions
- Manage a busy diary—conduct viewings, sell the lifestyle, and follow up with buyers and vendors
- Accurately log all activity and details in the CRM system—if it's not in the system, it didn't happen!
The Rewards:
- Basic Salary: £27,000-£30,000
- OTE: £45,000+ (realistic, with plenty of leads)

Who You Are:
- Resilient, driven, and not afraid to hear "no"
- Full UK driving licence holder
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Sales or estate agency experience preferred—but a great attitude beats experience every time
