Residential Sales Valuer - Colchester

OTE Circa £90k - £100k plus car

A successful independent estate agency in Colchester is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Valuer to join a busy and growing office.

The Role

Carry out residential market appraisals
Win new instructions and grow your pipeline
Advise vendors on pricing and marketing
Build strong local relationships
Work closely with the sales team to drive agreed sales

About You

Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister
Strong knowledge of the Colchester market
Confident, professional, and target-driven
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence
