Sales Valuer / Property Valuer - Estate Agency (Home Based)
Location: Remote / Field Based / South East and London
Salary: £25,000 basic + £50,000-£65,000 OTE
Car Allowance: £3,000

- Carry out property valuations and market appraisals in your local area
- Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
- Build strong relationships with vendors and homeowners
- Guide sellers through the listing and onboarding process
- Represent the estate agency as a trusted local property expert
- Manage your own diary while working from home and in the field
- Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- £25,000 basic salary
- £45,000-£65,000 OTE (uncapped earning potential)
