Sales Negotiator
Chelmsford
Full-time | Permanent
Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join its successful Chelmsford office. This role is ideal for someone with around 12 months' experience in residential estate agency who is ready to build their career within a supportive and well-established business.
The Role

The Role
You'll be involved in the full sales process, working closely with vendors and buyers to deliver an excellent customer experience. Day to day, you'll be:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Supporting the wider sales team to achieve targets
- Around 1 year's experience in residential sales (or similar property role)
- Confident, personable, and well-presented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious with a genuine interest in property
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence essential
- OTE of circa £35,000
- Commission structure
- Ongoing training and career development
