The Role

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings across Prime Central London
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
• Build long-term relationships with landlords and applicants
• Manage your pipeline and consistently exceed KPIs
• Deliver excellent service throughout the lettings process

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months lettings experience
• Driven, ambitious and target focused
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and personable approach
• Full UK driving licence
