Role Requirement
The successful candidate will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, Corporate environment. 
They will need to develop an existing team and business capable of, and dedicated to, leading the market in your region. To present the company in a professional manner, ensuring we maximize sales and referrals for the complete range of Company activities, and to do so whilst offering outstanding customer experience.
 
Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Oversee the entire sales process from property valuation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide training and support to the team to enhance their performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to work in a KPI-driven Corporate environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator in Estate Agency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market.

• Basic Salary of up to £30,000 (experience dependent)
