️HEAD OF SALES - PRIME Knightsbridge & Belgravia
This role will work closely with the UK Head of Sales, supporting the overall management and performance of the Knightsbridge & Belgravia Sales team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the direct management and results of their office, with a strong focus on driving performance, increasing market share, and maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Motivate, manage and inspire the sales team while introducing initiatives to maximise performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators including lead generation, viewing activity, offers, and sales progression.
- Achieve personal revenue targets and contribute to the overall office budget and profitability.
- Deliver a high standard of professional advice and service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Meet with clients to understand their individual property requirements.
- Set clear objectives for the team and ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Register and manage applicants effectively, matching suitable buyers to available properties.
- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Proactively canvass for new business opportunities to increase instructions.
- Provide guidance to clients on property-related matters including building issues and relevant regulations.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via email and telephone.
- Liaise with solicitors and other professionals throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate and successfully close property transactions.
- Take responsibility for delivering successful outcomes across all assignments within your area of expertise.
- Act as a high-profile ambassador for the business within the local property market.
- Maintain strong market presence and build influential relationships within the sector.
- Contribute to business planning activities aligned with company objectives.
- Consistently generate fees and ensure prompt collection where applicable.
- Accurately forecast fees and performance for the office when required.
- Support the development of strategies to improve revenue, profitability and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong client-facing communication skills.
- Proven experience within the local residential property sector, working with a wide range of clients.
- Demonstrated track record as a successful fee earner.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the local property market.
