Job description

Sales Progressor | Bristol | £28,000-£31,000 Basic | £35,000-£40,000 OTE | Hybrid Working (DOE)
Are you an experienced property professional who loves seeing a sale through to completion?

We're looking for a driven and organised Sales Progressor to join our growing team in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Bristol's most established independent estate agencies — 40 years in the business and a culture to match.
The Role
As Sales Progressor, you'll be the driving force behind getting sales over the line. Working closely with the sales team and all parties in the chain, you'll manage the process from offer acceptance through to legal completion — keeping everyone informed, on track and reassured along the way.

What You'll Get
  • £28,000-£31,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • £35,000-£40,000 OTE with bonus and commission
  • Hybrid working available (DOE)
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service
  • Career development and funded qualification opportunities
  • Job security — an independently owned, established local business
  • A fantastic team culture that people genuinely love being part of
  • Relaxed smart casual dress code — no suits required
  • On-demand GP access for you and your whole household
  • Confidential counselling and 24/7 mental health support
  • An employee perks package including gym discounts, cinema tickets and savings at a range of major retailers
  • Carbon neutral company with genuine sustainability goals
What You'll Be Doing
  • Liaise with the sales team and all parties to obtain the relevant documentation for conveyancing
  • Ensure all due diligence and compliance requirements are met
  • Keep accurate, timely records of all activities and conversations
  • Guide buyers and sellers through every milestone of the conveyancing process with clear, supportive advice
  • Proactively identify and resolve anything that could hold up a sale
  • Receive, record and present revised offers to sellers, providing sound advice on all re-negotiation matters
  • Re-negotiate confidently on the seller's instructions
  • Proactively liaise with solicitors, agents and all third parties to keep sales moving
  • Manage all under offer property tracking, plan exchange incomes and report regularly to line managers
  • Negotiate moving dates across the chain to achieve the earliest possible exchange and completion
  • Monitor all sales progress and take action to support timely exchange of contracts
  • Refer clients to the wider range of services available where appropriate
