We are working with a forward-thinking and rapidly growing national estate agency that is looking for a Self-Employed Estate Agent to cover the South Derbyshire area.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering buyers and sellers
• Matching properties to suitable buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing your own diary and appointments
• Carrying out property valuations
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Supporting clients throughout the sales process
• Managing sales progression through to completion
• Building relationships within the local property market

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within Estate Agency or Property Sales
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• A confident negotiator with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Knowledgeable about the South Derbyshire property market
• Holds a full UK driving licence
