Residential Sales Negotiator – Billericay

An established and well-respected estate agency in Billericay is looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for property and people, whether you’re an experienced negotiator or looking to build a long-term career in residential sales.

The role will include:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Building strong relationships with clients through excellent service
• Generating new business and assisting with property listings
• Supporting sales progression from offer to completion

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous estate agency experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, target-driven attitude
• A professional and personable approach
• Full UK driving licence
