Sales Manager - Estate Agency Sector

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead, inspire and scale a growing team from 2 to 6.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being in the numbers, thrives on KPIs, and knows how to build a motivated, phone-based sales culture where people genuinely enjoy winning.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing, coaching and developing a team of 2 (scaling to 6)
  • Driving daily activity, conversion rates and revenue performance
  • Setting clear KPIs and holding the team accountable to them
  • Creating a positive, high-performance phone environment
  • Recruiting and onboarding new sales talent as the team grows
  • Reporting on performance metrics and delivering against objectives
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience selling into Estate Agency
  • Strong track record managing phone-based sales teams
  • KPI-driven with a deep understanding of sales metrics
  • Motivational leader who brings energy, structure and accountability
  • Comfortable rolling sleeves up and leading from the front
