What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire new business from estate agents, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, ensuring our client's services remain top of mind.
- Drive sales activity by negotiating and securing new estate agency partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to support continuous improvement and market leadership.
- Proven experience in new business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the estate agency, conveyancing, or property services sectors.
- A strong network within the estate agent industry and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results‑driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting clients with effective solutions.
