An established West London estate agency is looking for a driven Sales Manager to take a leading role within a busy, high-performing office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer ready to step up or an existing Sales Manager looking for a stronger earning platform.
 
You'll be working with a large and active client base of homeowners, investors and developers, generating instructions, winning valuations and driving deals through to completion.
 
The Role
  • Leading residential property sales across a busy West London patch
  • Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
  • Managing buyers and negotiating offers through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and developers
  • Helping drive office revenue and sales performance

  • Proven experience in estate agency sales
  • Strong valuation and negotiation skills
  • A natural deal maker with strong client management
  • Motivated by earning potential and progression
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
