Partnerships Lead
Location: Remote / Field-Based (National)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
OTE: £70,000 – £80,000 (Uncapped)

This is not a typical sales role.

This is about building a national partnership engine from the ground up.

A rapidly growing property business is looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager or Partnerships Lead to create and scale strategic referral partnerships across the UK.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to identify opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and turn partnerships into real, measurable pipeline.

The Mission
Your focus will be building a sustainable B2B lead generation ecosystem by forming strategic partnerships with:
  • Estate and letting agents
  • Mortgage brokers
  • Solicitors
  • Property developers
  • Other relevant industry partners
You’ll identify the right partners, secure agreements, and ensure those relationships actually produce leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building the Pipeline
  • Map the market and create a target list of high-value referral partners
  • Proactively approach and engage potential partners across the UK
  • Build a structured pipeline of partnership opportunities
Commercial Negotiation
  • Pitch and secure referral agreements with a wide range of partners
  • Clearly articulate the commercial value proposition
  • Confidently negotiate with both independent businesses and large corporate organisations
Working With Regional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with regional Managing Directors
  • Leverage their existing relationships to accelerate deal closure
  • Coordinate outreach to avoid duplication of effort
  • Feed market insight, objections, and competitor intelligence back into leadership
Activating Partnerships
  • Ensure new partners are successfully onboarded
  • Train partner teams on how to refer opportunities
  • Drive early traction and lead flow from newly signed partnerships
What They’re Looking For
Experience
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial business development
Industry Background (Beneficial)
  • Real estate or lettings
  • PropTech
  • Recruitment
  • Intermediary financial sales
  • Other relationship-driven B2B environments
Skillset
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Highly proactive lead generation mindset
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Confident working autonomously in a high-activity environment
Versatility
You’ll need to shift gears quickly - pitching to a two-person broker firm in the morning and presenting to a national property developer in the afternoon.
Mobility
  • Weekly national travel required
  • Full UK driving licence beneficial
