Package & Earnings
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- Electric vehicle or car allowance of £4,200
- Fuel allowance & parking covered
- Attractive hybrid commission structure (listing & selling stock)
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

- Managing and progressing offers, negotiations, and sales agreed
- Delivering a high-energy, professional service to vendors and buyers
- Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, compliance, and brand representation
- Contributing to the continued growth and performance of the Fulham office and wider network
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, AM or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- A strong lister with a confident, persuasive approach to winning business
- High levels of energy, drive, and commercial awareness
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
- Someone who leads by example and brings positivity and momentum to the office
- Well-presented, professional, and aligned with a premium, service-led brand
- Full UK driving licence

- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
