Sales Valuer / Lister 
 
Market Leading Independent agent – Banstead
Full‑time
£60k OTE/ £30k basic 

What You’ll Do
  • Carry out accurate property valuations
  • Win new instructions through great communication
  • Advise vendors on pricing and marketing
  • Create strong listings with quality detail
  • Keep clients updated throughout their sale
What You’ll Need
  • Experience as a Valuer/Lister or Senior Negotiator
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Confident, customer‑focused approach
  • Proven ability to convert valuations
  • Full UK driving licence
