Property Lister / Valuer - Estate Agency Location: Walthamstow
A highly successful and busy estate agency office in Walthamstow is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lister / Valuer to join their growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to take on a key role within a high-performing branch that consistently generates strong levels of business.

The Package
  • Basic Salary: £23,000 (guaranteed earnings for the first three months)
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Company Car or £2,500 Car Allowance
  • Five-day working week including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

The Role Working within a busy and fast-paced office, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and converting valuation opportunities into instructions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting market appraisals and providing vendors with accurate pricing and marketing advice
  • Listing properties and negotiating sales to achieve the best results for clients
  • Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and follow-up activity
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
  • Working closely with the sales team to match buyers with suitable properties
  • Supporting the day-to-day performance of the branch
The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have experience within residential estate agency and a proven ability to win instructions.
Key qualities include:
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience carrying out property valuations or listing properties
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive approach to business generation
  • Ability to perform well within a busy, high-volume environment
