Full-time | Permanent
An established and growing mortgage brokerage in Colchester is looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join its successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, client-focused professional who is confident managing the full mortgage process from enquiry to completion.

The Role You’ll work with a steady flow of clients, providing expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on residential and buy-to-let mortgages
- Conducting fact finds and suitability assessments
- Sourcing and recommending appropriate mortgage products
- Managing applications through to offer and completion
- Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Adviser
- CeMAP qualified – essential
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lenders
- Confident, professional, and client-focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Basic Salary circa £35,000 plus commission
