Lettings Negotiator Salary & Benefits
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be right at the heart of a busy and successful lettings department, helping landlords maximise their investments and supporting tenants through one of life’s biggest decisions. This is a people-focused role where personality, professionalism and ambition are rewarded.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Basic salary: £21,000 – £24,000
- OTE: £28,000 – £32,000 (realistic, uncapped earning potential)
- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Full day off in lieu for each Saturday worked
- Holiday: 28 – 30 days per year

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling enquiries from landlords and prospective tenants
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and building rapport with applicants
- Negotiating rental terms and securing agreed lets
- Supporting landlords with advice on the local rental market
- Progressing tenancies from offer stage through to move-in
- Preparing tenancy paperwork and ensuring compliance
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage
- A confident, personable and motivated individual
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine interest in property and customer service
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset
- Previous lettings or estate agency experience is advantageous, but not essential — full training provided
- Happy to work alternate Saturdays (with a full day in lieu)
