An ambitious, independent estate agency is seeking a Branch Manager to take ownership of its Ipswich office and lead it through an exciting phase of growth.

 
The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being actively involved in winning business and driving results. You'll be responsible for setting standards, building momentum, and lead from the front in a competitive local market.
  
Ideally suited to a Sales Manager, or an accomplished Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready to step into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the branch
• Lead, motivate and develop the team through visible, front-line leadership
• Carry out valuations and consistently win new instructions
• Drive market share, revenue and profitability
• Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients, local businesses and the local community
• Identify opportunities for growth and act on them proactively

 
What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Estate Agent Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Valuer, or Senior Sales Negotiator
• A motivated, target-driven individual with strong commercial awareness
• A strong background in valuations
• Confident, professional and well-presented
• A natural leader who leads by example
• Organised, proactive and ambitious, with a desire to build and improve
