About the Role
We're looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about property, customer service, and building strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in matching tenants with their ideal homes and supporting landlords through the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new applicants and manage property enquiries
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Progress lets through referencing and agreement stages
- Maintain regular contact with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
- Support the wider team with lettings administration as needed
- Experience in property lettings or a similar sales/customer service environment
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive basic salary plus commission
