Sales Valuer | West London
£25,000 basic | £45,000-£55,000 OTE | £3,000 car allowance + benefits
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales Valuer (or Senior Negotiator ready to step up) to join a modern, forward-thinking estate agency redefining how homes are bought and sold.

The Role
- Carry out accurate market appraisals in your local area
- Win and convert instructions
- Act as the face of the business locally
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Work independently with full operational backing
- Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Negotiator
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, commercially aware and confident working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Excellent Package
