Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic, with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £55,000

What You'll Be Doing
As the lead Valuer, you'll play a key role in shaping the agency's growth:

• Winning instructions and securing quality listings
• Delivering accurate, market-leading valuations across Sales
• Building strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, and buyers
• Using your market insight to identify new opportunities and help steer local strategy

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years' experience in estate agency (Sales)
• A proven track record of valuing and listing homes - or the ambition to prove you can
• Good knowledge of Stowmarket and nearby Suffolk villages (a distinct advantage)
• Strong communication skills, confidence, resilience, and the drive to excel

What's on Offer

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
• On-target earnings: realistic £50,000 - £55,000
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• Saturdays: Alternate weeks, half day (9:00am-1:00pm)
