Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager

Location: Salisbury, SP1

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000-£50,000)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
A leading property agency in Salisbury is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on generating new business, managing buyer enquiries, conducting viewings, and progressing sales from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities via applicant follow-up, outbound calls, and local market activity
  • Register, qualify, and manage buyers to maximise conversion
  • Conduct property viewings with a focus on securing offers
  • Carry out market appraisals and support new property instructions
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
  • Maintain a strong and up-to-date sales pipeline
  • Work towards individual and branch targets
About You
  • Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and target-driven
  • Confident negotiator with strong influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone)
  • Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 9:15am-5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
