Basic £31,000 | OTE £60,000 - £70,000

An established and highly successful multi-brand property group is looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead a busy and successful office in Dartford.
This role would suit a strong estate agency professional with proven listing ability who can hit the ground running, drive instructions, and lead a team from the front. - Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Driving branch revenue, instructions and sales performance
- Managing, motivating and developing a team of negotiators
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Delivering exceptional customer service and client relationships
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
This role would suit someone who is currently:
- A Branch Manager looking for a stronger platform and support
- A Senior Valuer / Lister ready for their first management role
- A Senior Negotiator consistently winning instructions and looking to progress
- Proven estate agency experience within residential sales
- Strong listing and valuation track record
- Ability to drive instructions and market share
- Proactive, target-driven mindset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to quickly establish themselves and drive performance
- Basic Salary £31,000
- Car/Car Allowance £4,000
- OTE £60,000 - £70,000
