Basic Salary: £30,000 + Commission + 2.5% Branch Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a successful and growing estate agency office in Loughton.
This role would suit a proven lister with strong leadership ability, someone who thrives on winning new business, driving performance, and developing a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for leading the branch from the front — generating valuations, converting instructions, motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to every client.

The Role
- Managing and motivating a busy estate agency branch
- Winning new instructions and conducting valuations
- Driving branch profitability and hitting revenue targets
- Coaching and developing negotiators to maximise performance
- Delivering exceptional customer service from instruction to completion
- Maintaining strong relationships within the local market
- Experienced estate agency lister with a strong track record of winning instructions
- Previous management or senior-level experience within estate agency
- Natural leader who can inspire and develop a team
- Highly driven, target-focused and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Basic Salary: £30,000
- Attractive Commission Structure
- 2.5% Branch Commission
