CLIENT ACCOUNTANT - ESTATE AGENCY
 
Earlsfield, SW18
Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation
Salary: up to £37K bonus

We're looking for a residential lettings Client Accountant who knows the detail, understands compliance, and can manage volume without losing accuracy.
 
You'll be:
- Processing new and renewal tenancies
- Registering deposits within legal timeframes
- Reconciling client accounts and producing reports
- Managing rent arrears and landlord updates
- Handling supplier invoices and statements
- Ensuring compliance with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme
- Working daily with Lettings and Property Services teams
 
You must have:
 
- Minimum 2 years' residential lettings client accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience chasing arrears and updating landlords
- Solid understanding of tenancy compliance and financial schedules
- High attention to detail and ownership mentality
Reapit experience is a plus.
