If you're an MRICS/FRICS Building Surveyor operating in Prime & Super Prime London residential... this one is different.

We're searching for someone who:
 
Has 5+ years' London experience in Prime / Super Prime residential
Is confident with Red Book valuations
Writes exceptional, client-ready reports (UHNW standard)
Understands building pathology inside out
Is commercially aware and relationship-driven
Thrives with autonomy and accountability
 
This role isn't corporate hierarchy and red tape, It's high standards, high trust and high visibility.
 
You'll be:
 
- Delivering pre-purchase surveys & defect investigations
- Advising UHNW clients, solicitors & private banks
- Helping shape internal processes and standards
- Operating in a performance-driven, high-volume environment
- Playing a pivotal role in scaling a serious residential advisory business
