Salary: £25,000 base with £3,000 Car Allowance + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Valuer to join a forward-thinking estate agency that's changing how people buy and sell homes. You'll have the freedom to work from home, manage your own diary, and focus on what you do best, winning instructions and delivering an exceptional service, while professional photographers, floorplan providers and other specialists handle the marketing assets for you.
 
Your role will see you out in your local area, carrying out accurate valuations, securing instructions, and guiding sellers through the listing process with confidence. You'll have the backing of full marketing, admin and compliance support, giving you more time to concentrate on clients and growing your market share. It's an opportunity to blend independence with security, working as the face of the business in your area while enjoying the flexibility of a modern, remote setup.
 
To succeed, you'll need proven experience as a Valuer, Lister or perhaps as a Senior Negotiator ready to step up. A customer-first approach, strong communication skills and the drive to build lasting relationships are essential. You'll be highly self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable operating with autonomy. A full UK driving licence and your own car are required.
