We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking estate agency seeking a driven Investment Property Specialist to join their growing team.
About the Role
This is not your typical estate agency position. You will be working with a specific investment clientele, sourcing high-yield opportunities and structuring deals that make sense for both investors and sellers.
You will:
- Proactively source investment properties (on and off market)
- Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and distressed sellers
- Provide alternative solutions for problem properties (lease options, assisted sales, creative deal structures, etc.)
- Match opportunities to a qualified investor database
- Negotiate and package deals through to completion
- Think outside the box to create win-win outcomes
- A true hunter — self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Experience in investment property sourcing or agency preferred
- Confident handling difficult seller situations
- Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach
- Resilient, proactive, and hungry for success
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 4:00pm
- One weekday off (rota basis)
- On target earnings £60,000 +
