£36,000 - £42,000 OTE
£25,000 Basic + Car or Car Allowance

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a long-established independent estate agency in the popular coastal town of Felixstowe.
 
This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted to get on with the job. You'll work with a strong local market, a steady flow of business, and the freedom to manage your sales pipeline your way - backed by a supportive team rather than constant oversight.

• Around 2-3 years' experience in residential sales
• A confident, motivated negotiator who enjoys closing deals
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
