Residential Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent - Woodbridge, Suffolk
£36,000 - £42,000 OTE
£25,000 Basic + Car or Car allowance

A strong opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy, well-established independent estate agency in the affluent area of Woodbridge.

This role offers real autonomy, a solid pipeline, and the chance to progress your career without being micromanaged. You'll be trusted to manage your deals, build relationships, and perform - with support around you when you need it.

What they are looking for

• 2-3 years' experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator (or close to it)
• Confident and driven individual
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Comfortable managing your own workload
• Strong people skills
• Full UK driving licence
