Business Development Executive
  
Location: Remote (with monthly office visits)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
  
Are you a proven SaaS or B2B sales professional with a track record of winning new business and building high-value client relationships? Our client is looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth, close deals, and expand their presence in the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business: Identify, target, and convert high-value SaaS/B2B opportunities.
  • Build Senior-Level Relationships: Engage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Hit and Exceed Targets: Deliver consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Understand the Market: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to create bespoke proposals.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Report Performance: Provide accurate forecasts and insights to senior management.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all interactions follow company standards and regulations.
  
What You’ll Bring
  • SaaS / B2B Sales Experience: Proven success winning new business and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong Negotiator: Confident influencing senior decision-makers and closing complex deals.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align sales activity with wider business objectives.
  • Industry Insight: Understanding of the property sector and client challenges is a strong advantage.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in managing pipelines, tracking performance, and analysing client data.
  • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexible: Able to travel for key meetings, events, or client visits when required.
