Business Development Manager
Location: Remote & Field-Based | Nationwide
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 base + £3,600 car allowance
OTE: £70,000+ (uncapped commission)

About the Role
This is a high-activity role where you’ll be the face of the business. It’s a blend of field-based selling, remote working, and in-person events - perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, variety, and the buzz of building relationships.
You’ll own your pipeline from day one, using every channel available - cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, office visits, networking events, exhibitions, and more. If you love opening doors and turning conversations into partnerships, you’ll feel right at home.
You’ll also join your team in London once a month for in-person sales days and ongoing support.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating and managing your own leads through cold outreach, social selling, email campaigns, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Building strong relationships with clients converting them into long-term partners.
- Visiting introducers’ offices to showcase the platform, trusted panel, and concierge-style support service.
- Representing the brand at key property events, exhibitions, and awards dinners.
- Consistently hitting - and aiming to exceed - your new business targets.
- Working with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new partner.
- Attending monthly sales meetings in London and occasional team sessions.
What You’ll Bring
- B2B field sales or business development experience - ideally in property, mortgages, or financial services.
- Confidence, resilience, and real enthusiasm for cold outreach across phone, email, social, and face-to-face.
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to manage your own diary while working remotely and on the road.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with senior decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel across your patch and attend industry events as needed.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM (a bonus, not a must).
