Sales Consultant – B2B SaaS
  
Location: Remote
Salary:
£40,000
OTE:
£55,000–£60,000

What you’ll be doing
Finding Opportunities & Building Pipelines
  • Identify and target businesses that would benefit from our SaaS solutions.
  • Use outbound prospecting and inbound engagement to build strong, qualified pipelines.
  • Drive consistent, proactive follow-ups to keep deals moving.
Consulting with Clients
  • Engage prospects to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Run detailed needs analyses and tailor demos and conversations to their unique requirements.
Selling Smart – Not Hard
  • Present compelling product demonstrations to Directors and decision-makers.
  • Position our platform as the best-fit solution through consultative selling.
  • Build proposals, negotiate confidently, and close deals.
Building Long-Term Relationships
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients - sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships across all key stakeholders.
Owning the Sales Process
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to handover.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless journey for every new customer.
  • Keep CRM records up-to-date and forecasts accurate.
Staying Ahead of the Market
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Feed insights back into the business to help refine products and go-to-market strategies.
  
What you’ll bring
Experience
  • Proven B2B sales success - ideally in SaaS, property, or software.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Technical & Commercial Acumen
  • Understanding of SaaS, cloud technology, and enterprise solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Sales Excellence
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Personal Qualities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong relationship-builder with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points
  • Experience selling SaaS into industries like healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise-level deals.
  • Knowledge of emerging SaaS trends and platforms.
