Junior /Trainee Property Manager
Canary Wharf

The Role
You will support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring high levels of service are delivered to both landlords and tenants.

Junior /Trainee Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic property management company based in Canary Wharf.
This role is ideal for someone with some industry experience who is looking to develop their career within property management, working closely with senior team members and gaining hands-on exposure across all aspects of the business.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring high levels of service are delivered to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting lettings administration including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
- Coordinating inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
- Managing rent payments, arrears, and client accounts
- Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Organising safety certificates including Gas, Electrical, and EPCs
- Communicating with landlords and tenants to resolve queries
- Assisting with tenancy renewals and extensions
- Conducting property inspections
- Supporting general office administration and key management
- Previous experience within property or lettings (preferred)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary of £25,000
