The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Property Management to lead and develop this growing Property Management department.
You will oversee a team of 8+ Property Managers across two key locations (Wroxham & Oulton Broad), with further office openings planned.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on performance, people development, compliance, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers across multiple offices
- Oversee training, development and ongoing performance management of the department
- Ensure full compliance with all lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
- Drive client retention and enhance customer experience
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client base
- Monitor and grow management income and portfolio size
- Implement and improve internal processes and efficiencies
- Support the business in achieving ambitious growth targets
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am - 3:00pm (flexibility may be considered)
- Office-based role (no remote working)
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Property Management, ideally in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and client retention
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a fast-growing business
