  • Support partners in integrating services into their valuation and instruction process
  • Increase instruction volumes through better utilisation of the partnership
Training & Support
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and ongoing support
  • Guide partners on how to confidently position alternative selling methods
  • Support property referrals and help progress opportunities through to completion
 Partnership Growth
  • Deepen engagement across partner businesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Drive adoption and maximise the value of each partnership
 New Partner Onboarding
  • Engage with agents who have expressed interest in partnering
  • Introduce the value proposition and partnership model
  • Support onboarding and first successful transactions
Market Presence
  • Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Build brand visibility through your network and social channels
  • Position the business as a trusted, collaborative partner in the market

What Success Looks Like
  • Increased instruction and sales volumes from partner agents
  • High levels of partner engagement and satisfaction
  • Strong conversion of referrals into instructions
  • Growth in adoption of modern selling methods across your network

  • Strong understanding of the residential property market
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
Desirable
  • Experience with modern auction or alternative selling methods
  • Background in helping agents win instructions
  • Experience delivering training or partner support
