Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (South-Based)
Salary: £36,000 – £44,000
OTE: £10,000 (Uncapped)
A leading PropTech business is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in scaling its growth across the UK property sector.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating, managing, and converting your own pipeline, working with both new and existing clients.
You’ll initially focus on compliance and onboarding solutions, helping agents improve efficiency, reduce risk, and streamline operations. As the product suite evolves, you’ll expand into a broader portfolio of solutions - giving you even greater commercial opportunity.
You’ll be supported by a strong brand, clear go-to-market strategy, and an engaged sales team, but success in this role comes from your ability to create opportunities and drive deals forward independently.

What You’ll Be Doing
New Business & Pipeline Generation
- Proactively generate and manage your own pipeline across the South of the UK
- Identify and win new clients within estate agency and property-related sectors
- Use a mix of outbound activity, networking, and referrals to create opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts
- Deliver a consultative approach that positions you as a trusted advisor
- Promote compliance and onboarding solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Deliver value-led conversations aligned to client needs and operational goals
- Adapt your approach as the product suite evolves into a unified platform offering
- Drive market share growth across your region
- Contribute to overall revenue growth and commercial success
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities
- Use CRM systems to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Maintain high levels of organisation and data accuracy
- Ensure consistent follow-up and deal progression
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience within property, PropTech, or related sectors (highly desirable)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Confident using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance
- Self-motivated and proactive - thrives without heavy supervision
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Energetic, resilient, and comfortable in a high-activity role
- Consultative and credible with clients
