An excellent opportunity for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator or property professional to join this vibrant and well established independent estate agency.
As Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for a large residential portfolio; strong organisational and communication skills are essential. As the Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will bring your dedication and hard-working approach to ensure the department operates effectively. You will be comfortable working in all scenarios with a positive attitude and thrive in a busy environment; you enjoy working with autonomy as being part of a dedicated team. Previous experience of residential lettings or similar is required to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator include:
- Conduct viewings of properties
- Negotiate rents with landlords and tenants
- Prepare tenancy agreements
- Prepare marketing material for properties
- Maintain customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Proven experience within lettings or property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Basic salary £18k-20k
- Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
