North London | £31,000 Basic Salary

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Tenancy Compliance Coordinator to oversee all administrative, legislative, and compliance processes across our growing lettings portfolio. You will ensure every property meets legal requirements, all documentation is accurate, and the business maintains full regulatory compliance at all times.
This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of lettings regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all tenancy paperwork and ensure documents are completed, signed and stored correctly.
  • Ensure full portfolio compliance including Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke/CO alarms, HMO licences, Right to Rent and deposit protection.
  • Monitor renewal dates for all certificates and carry out proactive scheduling with contractors.
  • Maintain accurate compliance trackers and system updates.
  • Liaise with Property Managers to provide up-to-date compliance information.
  • Prepare move-in packs, ASTs, addendums and other legal documentation for new and renewing tenancies.
  • Conduct and record Right to Rent checks in line with legislation.
  • Ensure all property records and compliance documents are uploaded to the management system.
  • Assist with internal audits and support consistent adherence to company processes.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the department.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in lettings administration, property compliance, or property management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and safety requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of detailed administrative tasks accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident using property management software (Alto, Reapit, CFP, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Process-driven, proactive and able to work well as part of a team.
