Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients including landlords, vendors, and investors.
- Promote sales and lettings services, booking valuations and appointments.
- Follow up on warm leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support sales and lettings teams in achieving business objectives.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Previous telesales, estate agency, or sales experience is desirable.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Persuasive, results-driven, and motivated to exceed targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office & CRM systems).
- Competitive hourly rate (£15 per hour).
- Attractive commission structure:
- Sales referrals - £50 plus % of sale.
- Lettings referrals - £25 plus additional bonuses.
- Rent Guarantee referrals - £25-£50 depending on property type.
- Financial services & solicitor referrals - £25 per case.
- Monthly performance bonuses (up to £200).
- Rewards for positive Google reviews.
- Future salary and commission review upon successful completion of probation.
