Client Executive – Job Description Location: Stamford & Rutland
Reports to: Operations Manager
On-Target Earnings (Year 1): £50,000–£55,000
Remuneration Package (Summary)
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 (includes £300/month car allowance)
  • OTE Year 1: £50,000–£55,000
  • Uncapped Commission:
    • 5% on all sales commission
    • 10% when you generate the valuation
    • 1% reduction if another team member refers or completes a viewing for you
    • 1% commission for referring a client or conducting a viewing for a team member
  • 30 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays, birthday, Christmas Eve)

About the Role

As a Client Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the home-selling process—from initial instruction to completion. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience.
You will manage a varied portfolio, handle negotiations, conduct viewings, and drive your own business development activities, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is ambitious, personable, and commercially driven.

Key Responsibilities Client Management & Communication
  • Manage the full home-selling journey with exceptional service.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication at all stages.
  • Uphold high standards of client care and service delivery.
Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with client terms, AML regulations, and the Estate Agency Act.
  • Accurately handle documentation and administrative processes.
Marketing & Property Launch
  • Conduct pre-shoot visits and support clients in preparing for marketing.
  • Launch properties with attention to detail and service consistency.
  • Complete regular marketing reviews with clients.
Viewings & Applicant Management
  • Register, qualify, and prospect applicants within the database.
  • Conduct property viewings and complete timely follow-up communications.
Negotiation & Sales Progression
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales.
  • Manage sales progression from offer through to completion.
  • Recommend trusted solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
Business Development
  • Generate valuations through applicants and proactive outreach (including door knocking).
  • Secure Google reviews from buyers and sellers.
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks when required.

Working Hours
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am–4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
Requirements
  • Own car and full, clean UK driving licence
Geographical Area
  • Core: Stamford and Rutland (PE9 & LE15)
  • Neighbouring areas: Melton, Grantham, Harborough (until allocated to another agent)
  • Exclusions: PE1–PE8 and all areas outside the specified territory
