A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious New Homes Valuer to join a highly respected, market-leading estate agency based in Exmouth.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in property sales, land, or new homes who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for driving new business across the new homes sector, building strong relationships with developers, landowners, and investors, and identifying opportunities to grow market share within the region.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new homes development opportunities and land leads across the Exmouth and East Devon area.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with housebuilders, developers, and landowners, acting as the key point of contact for new homes business.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure developments are successfully launched and promoted to maximise results.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and local demand, supporting developers with detailed insight and strategy.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance targets to achieve and exceed agreed business goals.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey from instruction through to sale and completion.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in new homes sales, land, or business development within the property or estate agency sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with the drive to identify and win new business.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Local market knowledge of Exmouth and surrounding areas is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.
