Head of Property Management – Leading London Estate Agency
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 + Company Car
Location: South West London and Surrounding Areas (Multi-Hub Leadership Role)

One of London’s most respected and high-performing estate agencies is seeking a strategic, experienced, and influential Head of Property Management to lead and elevate their expanding Property Management division. With 4 regional hubs, 23 Property Managers, and 3 Team Leads reporting into this function, this is a pivotal role for a capable leader who can drive excellence, streamline operations, and enhance overall profitability.

The Role As Head of Property Management, you will oversee the full operational performance of the department, ensuring industry-leading service levels while improving efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will play a major part in shaping the department’s structure and culture, implementing improved processes, and delivering strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop 4 hubs, 23 Property Managers, and 3 Team Leads
  • Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all hubs
  • Review and streamline existing processes to reduce friction and improve outcomes
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Implement strategies that increase revenue and boost profitability
  • Ensure consistently high customer service and landlord retention rates
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on departmental performance and growth
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management within the team
What We’re Looking For
  • Senior-level experience in Property Management within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing large teams
  • Proven ability to redesign processes, improve workflows, and deliver cost and service efficiencies
  • Commercially driven with a clear understanding of revenue opportunities
  • Deep knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and risk management
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational improvement
