Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Belvedere / Erith
Salary: Basic £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £50,000

Our clients are a vibrant, privately owned and operated Estate Agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. With a strong presence in the Belvedere / Erith area, they pride ourselves on their proactive approach and commitment to achieving outstanding results. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy office.


Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective buyers and sellers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Conduct property viewings, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings across various platforms.
• Work closely with colleagues to drive sales and exceed targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role, within the property sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a determination to succeed in a competitive market.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
