Senior Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
Location: Palmers Green
Basic Salary: £25,000-£27,000
On Target Earnings: £50,000-£55,000

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high-performing, fast-paced estate agency office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven negotiator ready to step into a senior role with strong earning potential.
What's on Offer:

• Basic salary between £25,000-£27,000
• Competitive commission structure and performance bonuses
• On target earnings of £50,000-£55,000
• Paid mileage for business travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Conducting viewings and negotiating sales
• Winning and attending valuations
• Meeting personal banking targets
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Working Hours:

• 5-day week: 4 weekdays and every Saturday
• Weekdays: 8:45am-6:30pm
• Saturdays: 9:30am-4:00pm

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential sales
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Confident, motivated, and professional approach
