Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Finchley
Salary: OTE up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm. Every other Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm.
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the branch's success by growing the property register, securing instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximise profitability. You will build strong relationships with clients and deliver a consistent first-class service throughout the sales process.
You will join a highly motivated, target-driven team and will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and maximise new business opportunities
  • Win new instructions and grow the property register
  • Advertise properties, book viewings and register applicants
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets
  • Build local business connections through active networking
  • Act as the key point of communication between buyers, sellers and the branch
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure correct data entry on systems
  • Manage the sales process from viewing through to completion
  • Support the Branch Manager and wider team with additional tasks as required
Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales within estate agency
  • Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
  • Listing and/or valuation experience is essential
  • Strong sales ability and confident negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Professional telephone manner and a positive attitude
  • Driven, resilient, organised and target focused
  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment
