£25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000-£55,000+)
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Estate Agent to join a respected, leading independent estate agency. This role is ideal for a proven negotiator who enjoys winning instructions, delivering excellent customer service and playing a key role in driving branch performance.
The Role:
You will be a senior figure within the sales team, responsible for managing your own pipeline, conducting valuations, negotiating at a high level and supporting the wider team. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact within the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
• Managing a personal sales pipeline from valuation through to completion
• Negotiating offers and securing the best outcome for clients
• Conducting viewings and client follow-ups
• Supporting junior team members where required
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
• Strong listing and valuation ability
• Confident, professional and credible in the living room
• Target driven with a customer-first mindset
• Full UK driving licence
